1) List all the tasks in action items
2) Get hourly-calendar & block prior commitments
3) Map tasks on the calendar. Left-over tasks put in
- deferred or
- delegated or
- deleted lists
Once done, I printed out the calendar. There is a number of printing styles. I chose Weekly Agenda Style. I can tick the lists and write notes on it.
